The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team: 

RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity, and performance. The oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.

oneRTX: PST will harmonize processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP’s S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks enabling all employees to focus on value-add activities.  With processes optimized and harmonized, we will leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. We will reduce cost and effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working. 

The Source to Pay (S2P) team will be working to drive transformation within Supply Chain process and systems related to Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing and Disbursements. Source to Pay includes Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Collaboration and Accounts Payable.

P5 Senior Manager, Enterprise Services S4 Disbursements Lead

The Enterprise Services S4 Disbursements lead will help create the future Disbursements and Accounts Payable process for the Company, representing the interest of the Enterprise Financial Services Team.  This role will work with the Accounts Payable tower members to lead the development of their processes as well as ensuring there are no downstream implications to disbursements by other design decisions.


What You Will do:

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead & support long lead time projects, priority initiatives and blueprinting.Monitor S2P design compliance to RTX and BU policies & FAR / DFAR requirements. Validate claims that design requests are necessary because of contract compliance. Participate in pathfinder/proof of concept activities. Use the key design decisions to drive the dependent activities. Assist in defining the business value and use cases associated with the ERP program and define the execution strategy (roadmap) to achieve the value. Manage assigned projects ensuring on time schedule, within budget and meeting all technical requirements as defined by the team. Assist in providing technical, business and Disbursements guidance to the S2P project team. Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.Ability to travel ~ 10%-40%, primarily to Richardson, TX and other major RTX US sites (Farmington, Cedar Rapids and Charlotte).    


Qualifications You Must Have:

This role typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and a minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsAt least 8 years of experience and knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) & their impact on business processes to include extensive Disbursements experience, treasury, accounts payable and procurement processes.At least 7 years’ experience with SAP, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other applicable software.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
