We are currently seeking a highly motivated S&OP Coordinator to join our Factory & Operations Planning team to help improve product setup and support our Business Units in sourcing from Venlo, leading to increased sales.

Key Responsibilities:

As an S&OP Coordinator, your role will be crucial in aligning operations between Vistaprint and Cimpress Business Units. Your main responsibilities will include:

Partnering with Business Units (40%): Collaborate with Cimpress Business Units to offer Vistaprint’s product portfolio and set up Venlo Fulfillment on the MCP Platform. Product Configuration Support (30%): Provide assistance for product configuration requests and resolve issues to ensure seamless operations. Demand Analysis (10%): Conduct deep dives to understand both current and forecasted demand by Business Units. Product Portfolio Analysis (10%): Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Operations to analyze the product portfolio and optimize offerings. Data-Driven S&OP Process (10%): Serve as the "voice of the customer" by articulating use cases and data requirements to the global S&OP data product team.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related technical IT field. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SQL is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, assess, and communicate data-driven insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and different time zones. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple priorities.
