Summary & Role Information:
The S/4 HANA Customer Support Safeguarding Team supports customers in an easy end-to-end implementation experience of S/4 HANA Cloud applications deployed via Central Business Configuration (CBC). The team will focus on development support of customer incidents preventing escalations for S/4 HANA SAP Best Practices Content related incidents. The team will support the cloud lifecycle along upgrades and updates of customer systems including root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents that might have occurred. Based on a detailed RCA, respective development needs will be derived for tools, processes, and applications to continuously improve the quality of our solutions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:
Investigate, analyze complex problems; and independently resolve complex content related issues for S/4 HANA customers deployed via CBC within your area of expertise and outside. Managing internal and external escalations incl. customer communication Drive and orchestrate incident resolution by building and leveraging your network of involved stakeholders and experts (e.g., LoB, Industry, etc.). Providing timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to SAP management and customers according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA) Temporarily safeguard customers in critical/escalated situations and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Think independently, act pro-actively and take responsibility by applying effective problem-solving skills, your special focus area knowledge, and your network of experts.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields with above average results Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in either consulting, development or support role preferably in a broader context of Business Content (SAP Best Practices) Strong professional knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Object Oriented Strong experience of Scrum and Lean Development methodology Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer and quality focus Open and professional communication style Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 years relevant work experience Experience with working in international teams and/or customers required Experience in project or development management is required
Please Note: SAP has implemented temporary changes to SAP’s internal transfer policy applicable to transfer offers made on or after August 1, 2022 and effective globally within SAP except in the following countries, where the new compensation is still effective as of the transfer date:
Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Brazil, Czech Republic due Workers Council agreements or country laws. The policy change provides that if transfer offer includes a change in compensation, such change will be effective as of January 1, 2023 without retroactive application, regardless of the transfer start date.
