Job Description Rosewood Villa Magna is looking for a Concierge. The Concierge provides information and efficiently coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services.
Responsabilities:
Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries.Coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services.Attends to immediate needs of VIPs upon arrival and follows through attention throughout the stay.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.Knowledge of local restaurants, museums, and attractions.Exceptional communication skills.High level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
