**Overview**
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial information presented to management in alignment with Publicis Groupe guidelines and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). By adhering to established procedures and standards, contribute to achieving organizational financial objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Collaborate with Agencies:** Work closely with agencies to prepare and upload various financial reports in HFM for submission to Publicis Groupe's headquarters in Paris and the US.
+ **Review & Validate Financial Data:** Ensure the accuracy and compliance of monthly financial reports submitted by agencies, with a focus on adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
+ **Point of Contact for Agencies:** Act as the go-to resource for agencies, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions. Proactively escalate challenges when necessary.
+ **Analyze Financial Adjustments:** Review adjustments submitted by agencies in HFM to ensure they align with company guidelines and accounting standards.
+ **Prepare & Review Accounting Entries:** Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of accounting entries.
+ **Support Audit Requirements:** Provide accurate and timely data to facilitate internal audits and external financial audits.
+ **Account Reconciliation:** Prepare detailed reconciliations for assigned agencies, actively resolving open items and maintaining clear communication with teams.
+ **Coordinate Fixed Asset Requests:** Manage agency requests for fixed asset additions, transfers, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
+ **Contribute to Process Improvements:** Actively participate in departmental projects, offering insights and supporting system/process improvements for better efficiency.
+ **Assist Team Lead/Manager:** Support your manager with additional tasks to meet departmental deadlines and objectives.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor completed related to Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
+ At least 4 of years of experience in similar positions in SSC (desirable).
+ Advanced English (oral and written skills).
+ Proficient in SAP for financial processes and data management.
+ Advanced experience with Hyperion Oracle (HFM) for financial reporting and consolidation.
+ Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, data analysis, and financial modeling.
+ Knowledge of IFRS16 standards and their practical application is a plus.
