RTM Transformation Executive

Job Summary: The Route-to-Market (RTM) Transformation Executive is responsible for driving the transformation and optimization of Algida’s Route-to-Market strategy. This role focuses on enhancing customer and distributor visit frequencies, integrating digital order-taking tools, and optimizing operational costs using a data-driven approach. The ideal candidate will lead RTM process improvements, collaborate with key stakeholders, and leverage digital solutions to maximize efficiency and profitability in distribution operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. RTM Transformation & Optimization: Design and lead the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer and distributor visits.

2. Demand Capture: Oversee the adoption and optimization of digital demand capturing tools. (B2B Platform, AI Based Ordering solutions etc)

3. Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Lead the improvement of Business Intelligence tools for reporting Cost & Efficiency in IC Distributor Operations

4. Data & Analytics-Driven Decision Making: Utilize performance insights and analytics to refine RTM execution and measure business impact.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, distributor management, and digital teams to ensure RTM transformation aligns with business objectives.

6. Process Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline RTM processes through automation and digital transformation.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and manage dashboards for tracking RTM performance and providing actionable recommendations.

8. Market Trends & Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to drive RTM innovation.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel,
*Strong understanding of sales distribution models, RTM strategies, and cost optimization. *Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
*Fluency in written and spoken English & Turkish.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in RTM design, sales operations, distribution management, or analytics.
*Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools, AI-based forecasting, or automation solutions.
*Experience working with digital order-taking and sales automation platforms.
*Experience in Route-to-Market strategy transformation and execution. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, Background in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
*Experience working with distributors, field sales teams, and CRM/ERP systems
