Route to Market
Analyze the sales information and distribution KPI’s Design the ideal RTM strategy by territory including: Territory split / Route Quantity / Sales Models / Customer Segmentation / Organization’s KPI’s Develop and implement a census plan for the respective channels, this plan includes the logistic and monitoring the development of the census. With the use of specialized programs for data visualization, designs polygons of territories, distributors, distribution centers, branches, supervisors and routes limits. Generate route maps in big scale, customer itineraries and road books.Special Projects
