RPA Lead

An employer is seeking an RPA Lead for a large financial client sitting in Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC. Key Job Functions include:
· Individual contributor, self-starter, requiring little supervision, and able to manage complex initiatives and efforts
· Provides thought-leadership to fellow team members and business partners across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
· Participate and contribute to design discussions
· Comfortable presenting to senior leadership, large crowds, thinking on your feet
· Takes initiative to pursue learning new tools / software applications / technologies
· Has a passion for figuring out how things work
· Comfortable creating proof of concepts and demos to showcase the capabilities of a tool or product
· Ensures delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed
· Provides support and technical governance focused on one or more projects
· Act as the mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks
· Build strong relationships and influence with team members.
Governance Framework Development
· Define and implement a robust RPA governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures for process identification, automation feasibility assessment, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
· Establish clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in the RPA lifecycle, from business users to developers and IT teams.
· Create a comprehensive documentation repository for RPA processes, design documents, and change management procedures.
Process Assessment and Prioritization
· Collaborate with business units to identify potential automation opportunities, evaluating process complexity, volume, and impact on efficiency.
· Analyze business processes to determine feasibility and prioritize automation projects aligned with strategic goals.
· Develop business cases for proposed automation initiatives, including ROI calculations and cost-benefit analysis.
Implementation Oversight
· Ensure adherence to governance guidelines during the development and implementation phases of RPA projects.
· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
