RPA Developer III

This position is responsible for working cross-functionally with business operations teams and IT business analysts to identify areas for RPA implementation.  This role will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automations, while providing feedback and oversight to other RPA Developers.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions to automate business processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platform(s)Ensure RPA solutions are stable, secure, and scalableMonitor Bots post-deploymentProactively fix bugsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practicesParticipate in requirements gathering and solution design processDevelop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks for the Automation LibraryServe as a technical expert in meetings, interviews, and workshops with internal customersServe as the lead for Control Room/Orchestrator and RPA infrastructure managementDeploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories and logging toolsHands on process deployment and license managementManage through UiPath version upgrades and general break/fix activityProvide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditMaintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processesConduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of RPA workflowsProvide feedback and tips to other RPA developers on projectsOversight of ensuring that instructions and plans for implementation are being met.

Job Qualifications

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and methodologiesCertified UiPath or Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional (Required)6 years’ experience as RPA Developer preferredExperience in HTML, SQL or JavaExperience working as part of a collaborative teamExperience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenanceExperience with process discovery, process mining, and process optimizationUnderstanding of database concepts and SQL queries for data manipulation and integrationFamiliarity with cloud-based RPA solutions and deployment modelsAbility to multitask and be self-paced to accomplish goalsAbility to lead and motivate others and teach technical skillsStrong problem-solving skills and self-motivatedExcellent verbal and written communication skills
