POSITION SUMMARY:

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a highly motivated individual with analytical skills to support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation for process improvements and automation. The RPA Developer will:


• Utilize both business process and information technology (IT) background to analyze business processes and determine improvement opportunities
• Key player in implementing RPA Solutions to automate business processes across various functions
• Support execution of controls and compliance over the RPA processes
• Work across business units to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with the use of RPA technologies

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

The RPA Developer will work with process stakeholders to drive innovative RPA solutions. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions across departments. Duties include:Work closely with business process owners to determine process requirements and improvement optionsAssess business processes at operational level, provide recommendations and potential RPA solutions for individual process and process integrationDevelop RPA scripts to optimize automationConduct RPA script testing and maintaining updated workflow documentationDeploy RPA robots and implement end-to-end process automationCollaborate with business stakeholders, data architects and IT department colleagues on various project phasesSupport process owners for RPA-related issues and monitor project progress after implementationMonitor the deployed bots to ensure timely delivery of the automated process and supporting the process ownersEnsure the assigned RPA development projects are completed and deployed in a timely mannerDrive implementation of best practices and other improvement initiatives

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of professional experience in consulting or general accounting with the well-rounded understanding of all aspects of business process with good IT knowledgeExperience with one or more RPA technologies including UiPath is a mustExperience in coding language such as Python, Visual Basic and C# is a plusTeam Player, enthusiastic to understand complex business processes and perform under pressureUnderstand the concepts, best practices, and functions to implement automation solutionEager to learn, adopts and leverages fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms to create value for the organizationAnalytical and proactive problem-solving skills with IT backgroundProven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and fast-paced environmentBe skeptical and ready to take initiative with continuous improvement mind-setSome degree of exposure to a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsExperience in the manufacturing industry is a plusDetailed oriented and ability to learn and work independentlyGood oral and written communication skillsProject Management experience is a plusWilling to travel at least 25% of the time

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
