You will be part of an existing team of trainers with responsibly to deliver divisional and management training and other training delivery tasks.

This is a term-time only role with 2 weeks leave at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August.

What you will be doing:

Delivering specialist Divisional and Management training to Officers, approximately. 37 courses per year.Providing training support and feedback as and when required.Marking homework.Supporting meeting the contractual training schedule and programme.Liaising with external authorities and responding to any divisional questions, queries or issues.Ensuring compliance with MoD regulations and procedures.

What we are looking for:

Experienced Trainer/Instructor/Teacher Previous experience within the Royal Navy would be highly beneficialInstructional/Training qualification, eg Level 3/4 or equivalent (desirable)Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and others within and outside the organisationGood knowledge of MS OfficeThe ability to gain UK SC clearance
