Route to Market Execution Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), covering Traditional and Modern trade, channel management, RED execution, efficiency, engagement Secondary distribution Execution elements of Innovation Commercial digital agenda, including Sales Automation etc. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Job Accountabilities:

 

Conduct EDS in assigned areas Managing EDS process Prepare and organize EDS in the assigned area Manage mapping process Manage all EDS data Supervise, manage, to ensure correct data provided Rollout RTM Model Executive implementation of RTM model Analysing data, get approved with management on RTM model Prepare data, get approval with management on RTM model Prepare design, KPI and management tools to maintain the RTM Model Training & coaching the team Conduct periodic reviews Distributors staff and management routines for the sales team Manage budget Manage RTM project performance Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications & Experience

University Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting or related business fields Approximately 2 years of relevant corporate experience General
