Job Title: Rosetta Finance Associate Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Rosetta Finance Specialist to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to start their career in finance. The successful candidate will assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting/budgeting, and finance business partnering, while gaining valuable experience and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting/Budgeting: Help develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights to support decision-making.

Variance Analysis: Support the team in conducting variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.

Finance Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support.

Data Integrity: Assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and reconciliations.

Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or coursework related to finance or accounting.

Basic knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

Familiarity with financial software and tools.

About you:

You are eligible for a Rosetta contract (less than 24yo)
