As a Room Service Waiter/Waitress you are responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure. 

\n

What will I be doing?

\n\nPreparing orders\nSetting tables and trays according to type of food ordered and the hotel's service standards\nDelivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner\nEnsuring excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure\nRecording order details in an electronic system or writing them on a receipt\nCollecting payment for room service orders from guests upon delivery of food and beverages\nChecking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages\nCleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nEffective management skills\nNegotiation and influencing skills\nPositive attitude\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work under pressure\nGood grooming standards\n\n

 It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious experience within the hospitality industry\n\n
