Job Description

As a Room Service Order Taker, you will be responsible for taking guest orders for in-room dining, accurately relaying them to the kitchen, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also handle inquiries, assist with menu recommendations, and maintain a high level of service excellence to create a memorable guest experience.
