Overview A Room Service Bus Person assists with delivering, setting up, and clearing room service orders to ensure prompt, clean, and courteous service for hotel guests. Responsibilities Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Clears and cleans guestroom tables in courteous and efficient manner in accordance with room service procedures. Performs any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant or room service experience required. Good communication skills required. One year work experience in a similar environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
