The Room Service Attendant is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages

to guests’ rooms, ensuring orders are accurate and maintaining the quality and presentation of

each dish. They interact with guests during deliveries, providing courteous service and addressing

immediate needs. The Room Service Attendant will verify that orders are complete, including special

requests, and ensure that food is delivered at the correct temperature. They assist with clearing of trays,

maintain cleanliness of work areas, and restock supplies as needed. Effective communication with kitchen

staff and leaders is essential to ensure smooth operations, and runners must adhere to safety,

sanitation and dress code standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work under

pressure, and physical stamina to handle lifting and walking throughout shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred.

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional

demeanor.

· Basic knowledge of food and beverage items, including preparation and presentation

standards

· Excellent time management skills.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, carts, and other equipment.

· Ability to work flexible schedule including days, night, weekends and holidays.
