We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

\n\nThis position is responsible for cleaning of guest rooms and replenishing of amenities. \nYou are required to maintain the pantries and equipment in clean working order.  \nClean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards.\nChange bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and other amenities.\nReplenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and minibar items.\nVacuum carpets, dust and polish furniture, and remove trash.\nReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.\nComply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Housekeeping Manager\nTo have positive involvement and interaction with the overall West team both at individual and entire team level.\nEnsure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.\nYou are required to answer guest requests and assist where possible.\nEnsure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.\nFollow hotel security guidelines and safety procedures.\nComply with all company policies.\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood physical condition and stamina.\nEnsure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.\nExcellent time management skills.\nFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.\n\n
