What you will be doing:

\n\nCollaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand process requirements and design automation workflows using UiPath.\nDevelop, test, and deploy RPA solutions that improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nPrepare and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, configurations, and workflows.\nIdentify, analyze, and resolve issues during the development and deployment of automation solutions.\nSupport ongoing automated process maintenance, periodic reviews, optimizations, and updates.\nWork with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of automated workflows with existing systems.

What you need:

\n\n2+ years of experience developing complex Cognitive and Robotic Process Automations with strong experience in RPA development.\nBachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, and computer science relevant field preferred\nExperience and certification with UiPath preferred.\nBasic understanding of programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and logic-based development.\nKnowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.\nAbility to create accurate and efficient automation solutions with precision.
