Responsibilities:
• Work with operators, management, and engineering to reduce set-up and down time of robots.
• Instruct and train machine operators on methods of loading and operating robots including point settings.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Set up and program robots and track robot quality and productivity.
• Use measuring devices including tape measures, calipers, protractor, etc.
• Maintain existing tooling and fixtures using basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, pliers, etc.) for simple repairs.
• Where more extensive repairs are required, identify issues, and submit work orders to appropriate department for resolution.
• Verify weld fixture integrity by inspecting all features essential to producing a quality part.
• Performs welding related periodic maintenance on robotic welding systems.

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required, mechanical or electrical vocational schooling preferred
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
• Technical Knowledge: Fanuc/ABB robot experience preferred
• Experience and qualifications in welding operations
