**Perioperative RN – Patient Advocacy and Care Coordination** The primary role of the Perioperative RN is to advocate for patients, ensuring their well-being throughout operative or invasive procedures. This nurse plans, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates nursing care, working closely with other perioperative professionals to meet each patient’s unique needs.
