THE POSITION

Join our dynamic Trauma team as an RN Performance Improvement Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing trauma care quality and outcomes. In this critical position, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to analyze data, implement improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with trauma system standards. Your expertise and commitment will help drive excellence in patient care and support our mission to deliver top-tier trauma services.  Must have licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, Three+ years of recent nursing experience with experience or knowledge of trauma/emergency care, BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association and ACLS. .
