This is a per diem/on call position working day shift.
The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. All Providence professional nursing practice requires a broad range of general nursing knowledge and expertise.

Required Qualifications:
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.Preferred Qualifications:
