POSITION OVERVIEW

Our program is designed for new graduate Registered Nurses. You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. You will receive full-time benefits and new graduate pay with the addition of working on a Rotation Team to provide you with a variety of patient experiences.

You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks.You may remain in the program for a maximum of 2 years.After one (1) year, you may apply to any unit of your choice.Full Time: 36 hours per week7am - 7pm
