In Med Surg, we see it all, we get to have a relationship with our patients as well as help in their health journey, we care for everyone and in doing so create a good, trusting healthcare experience. \nAs a Registered Nurse, will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.

\n\nYou, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.\nBuilding relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.\nAs a Registered Nurse you are creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.\nAs an RN, will help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Assess and document learning needs regularly.\nWork with colleagues and community to create a care plan. Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.\nYou'll use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff.
