Locations: + Annandale, VA + Baltimore, MD + Upper Marlboro, MD + Washington DC Benefits: + Medical and Dental Insurance + Tuition Reimbursement and discounts + Paid Time Off + 401(k) Program + Flexible Spending Account + Employee Assistance Program + Vendor discounts Responsibilities + Travels to Home Health agencies, as assigned by leadership, to provide staffing support + Completes initial OASIS assessments and ongoing comprehensive assessments of Skilled Home Health patients + Initiates patient plan of care and reevaluates as necessary + Utilizes health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis + Administers medication and treatment as prescribed by the physician in the plan of care + Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs + Maintains accurate clinical notes + Communicates with physicians and participates in interdisciplinary group meetings to meet the medical and emotional needs of the patient and family/caregivers + Ensures compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements Qualifications + Degree from an accredited nursing school with a current license to practice in state of residence + Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) License + Willing to obtain additional state nursing licensure in non-compact states, as deemed necessary by leadership + At least two years of Home Health nursing experience About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
