This includes: process improvement initiatives, upholding behavior standards (providing disciplinary action as needed), working with the EPIC and Cardiology IT teams with needed orders, scheduling adjustments, and ISCV problems, developing front line staff's proficiency through coordination of appropriate education and competencies, assisting Manager and Technical Director with maintenance of technical policies and procedures, working with vendors to insure equipment is operational, developing pertinent patient education materials, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Associate's Degree in Related field or Certificate in Radiology and Bachelor's Degree in Related field within three (3) years or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Radiography (R)(ARRT) upon hire or RDCS Adult Echocardiography (AE)(ARDMS) upon hire or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) upon hire or Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License upon hire and Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA) within 30 days. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Three (3) years Related Field SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Communication and problem solving skills, ability to multitask, able to work with people in a collaborative and productive manner, and insight to work proactively (with regards to people management).
