Responsibilities

How You’ll Make a Difference: 

 Participate in a two week clinical orientation  Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients  Provide education and care strategies for patients and families  Collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers  Document changes and update care plans Qualifications RN with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsCar and valid driver’s license

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; Job characteristics: Client and Customer contact
