The float pool department plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital by providing a versatile and adaptable workforce.Float pool nurses are not simply valued – they’re invaluable, providing crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages including boarders in the emergency department, step down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock down psych, long-term care and many more. Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year - Nursing experience.Preferred Qualifications:
