**Description** PeaceHealth is seeking a RN - Emergency Department for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position (1900-0730). The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $49.64 – $74.46. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team. Details of the position: + Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs. + Documents patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards. + Directs and delegates care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence. + Ensures own professional effectiveness through education and professional development. + Participates in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program. + Performs other duties as assigned. What you bring: + Accredited School of Nursing Required: Nursing + Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing + Preferred: Specialty certification + _1 year Preferred_ : Experience as a registered nurse + _Preferred: of recent ED experience (within the past 5 years)._ + _Preferred: ED experience in like sized and like-census ED_ + _Preferred: Experience at a Magnet or Academic hospital_ + _Preferred: Experience with a shared governance model_ + _Preferred: Hospital accredited and certified by DNV or TJC_ + Required: Registered Nurse + Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support + Required: ACLS and PALS must be obtained within a standard grace period from hire or transfer, as specified in the Resuscitation Training Completion Requirements policy.
