What You'll Do:
As the RN Clinical Leader, you'll be the clinical heartbeat of your household—working closely with your Household Leader to ensure high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing admissions and dischargesCompleting and managing MDS assessmentsReviewing and following up on pharmacy reportsKeeping QAPI trackers up to dateSupervising and supporting nursing staffCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
