\nSHIFT: Day, 7:00am – 7:00pm 3, 12-Hour Shifts
\nRegistered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, fulfills organization's priorities, enhancing responsibility to promote mission. The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nYou will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.\nYou will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.\nYou will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
