Our Hospice McCall team provides compassionate care that allows individuals to pass with dignity in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by loved ones in familiar surroundings. **Position Overview:** The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload. This direct care role includes providing in-home care focused on symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, medication oversight, education, and coordination with the IDT team.
