Statement of Purpose: Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director and within the established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering quality patient care through a process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN will direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. The RN will collaborate with other professional disciplines to promote quality care, education, and research and resource utilization.
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing for Registered Nurses. (Associate Degree, Diploma, BSN) Certification / License: Current RN license in Massachusetts. Current CPR certification. Current ACLS certification.
Experience: Cath lab experience of at least 2 years
MRMC Differentials: Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
