What is Required?

Graduate of an accredited nursing school or therapyCurrent state license as required by state or federal guidance8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment requiredPrevious experience in quality assurance or coding and 4 years of supervisory experience requiredPrevious experience in a Home Health services environmentAdvanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendationsAbility to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, facilitate team alignment, and create a motivating, safe working environmentAbility to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (HomeCare HomeBase, Workday, etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDevelop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels

You will report to the Area Vice President.
