Length of Orientation  

New Graduate Nurse new to profession or with <1 year of experience:

Either Transition to Practice (TTP) Program Residency Learning Pathway or Orientation experience for about 10-12 weeks depending on the care area with an employment service agreement. 

Experienced Nurse (Fellowship or Specialty Fellowship) with >1 year of experience:

Either Transition to Practice (TTP) Program Learning Pathway or Orientation experience individualized to the candidate between 2-14 weeks.
