A day in the life
You’ll be based at one of our operational sites, which allows you to give practical guidance to your team and get a clear vision of what’s happening at your site. This involves collecting data and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also have a chance to create an operational plan to make the site more productive and efficient. That will involve setting up new projects that improve everything from operational processes to equipment maintenance. After safety, the most important part of the role is leading your team and managing their performance and development, including organizing additional training.
