JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for repairing all OpenEye products and testing all product returns. The RMA technician will report to the RMA Manager. 

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job.  

Communicates with the RMA Manager about what work needs to be done.  Repair, test, and troubleshoot OpenEye products sent in for repair and credit.  Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree  a minimum of 1 year's related experience and/or training.  Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment.  Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
