**Responsibilities & Duties:** Responsibilities of the position includes operation of front-end loader to maintain the flow of materials and product; barge loading and unloading; utilizing skid steer; general plant cleanup; maintains conveyor systems, and other duties as assigned by management. This is a dynamic position that gains exposure to all areas of our operations, based on the business need. This position will have the opportunity to learn how to perform plant operations and maintenance as well as loading and unloading barges.
