Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities The Facility Risk Management is responsible for the execution of the Ardent Risk Management Program across their facility. This position develops and supports facility level risk management activities and programs. This position will manage the Risk Management needs across the facility, including risk management policy and procedure implementation, risk identification and mitigation, provide risk management related education, support and event investigations. Qualifications Job Requirements: BSN is required, as well as RN license in good standing Experience prioritizing, conducting, and documenting investigations is required. Minimum of 2 years of healthcare risk management experience
