As part of a strong and established team of project and structured finance risk managers, you will support the Bank’s continued growth with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions. In this context you will underwrite and manage your own projects.
You’ll make a difference by:
Performing comprehensive new transaction risk analysis for project finance and infrastructure loan transactions based in the Asia Australia region and providing structuring support to the Origination team Managing the underwriting process with a focus on risk assessment and optimizing structures Coordinating the various workstreams in the transaction team (e.g. Rating, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Asset Management, Operations) during the underwriting and portfolio monitoring Preparing the credit applications including the due diligence of credit material, reviewing and negotiation of financial models, and of the commercial and financing agreements Evaluating transactions from a risk/return perspective and present applications to SFS and/or Siemens Bank Management and Committee(s) Monitoring and managing existing transactions in the portfolio (including assessment of requests for waivers and amendments) and represent SFS/Siemens Bank as main point of contact Developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with risk strategies, operating policies and practices to ensure effective risk management, both in initial risk assessment and over the lifetime of transactions Maintaining sound understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as current market conditions and financing trendsYou’ll win us over by:
Having 5 to 7 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, particularly in structuring energy transition projects, with in-depth knowledge of the Asian energy and infrastructure sectors. Having a strong proficiency in assessing financial models Being familiar with complex financial structures and transaction analysis. Having the capability of reviewing and negotiating legal documents. Being fluent in both native language and English. Possessing a university degree, preferably complemented by a finance-related post-graduate qualification Demonstrating a self propelled, proactive and positive attitude, ownership, the ability to work accurately, diligently and efficiently under pressure, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with respect, integrity, and intercultural sensitivityDo you want to know more about us?
