We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Pretoria. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will provide a Claims Advocacy service to Marsh clients. You will handle complex COID claims and advise on significant or problematic claims for clients a wide range of industry sectors. This will include claim assessment, resolution, and finalization.
We will count on you to:
Capture information accurately from hardcopy documents onto internal and COID systems.Ensure timely capturing and registration of claims. Determine the legitimacy of claims after reviewing all documentation.Communicate effectively with the commissioner and clients to obtain required information.Verify all documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.Update the system promptly with new received.Respond to relevant inquiries a timely manner.Provide timely feedback to clients regarding their claims.Ensure all documents submitted are acceptable payable.Submit documentation to COID in a manner and follow up on all submissions.Visit COID offices regularly to maintain relationships and gather information.Provide clients with reports regarding the progress of their claims.Capture payment confirmations on the system forward proof of payment to clients.Assist with all assessment queries from submission of ROEs to generating LOGS and ensuring accuracy.What you need to have:
Completed Secondary Education.Previous COID claims experience is advantageous.What makes you stand out?
Proficiency in Microsoft.Strong report writing skills.Good presentation skills.Ability to under pressure with minimal supervision and multitask between various clients.
