The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who will deliver insightful analysis to tight deadlines within our Risk & Analytics team as RISK CONSULTANT.
Principal responsibilities
Act as an advisor to Client Relationship Directors on risk finance and strategy matters Significant contribution to the development of new revenue for Risk & Analytics Preparing material for and representing WTW in client meetings Review client data and conduct exploratory data analysis Develop and engage with clients at both Board and operational levels on their strategic risk management and risk financing strategic objectives Development of risk financing options that meet client objectives and constraints to reduce financing costs and improve coverage Assist senior risk consultants on Loss Prevention activities on higher hazard risk sites. Assist with the development of RFP proposals and client engagement proposals The ability to travel on an “as needed” basis if required Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for all analytical work Contribute to the development of new products Contribute to process improvement

Learning Objectives
Model, quantify, and value insurable risks faced by corporate clients Manage routine and moderately complex projects Identify appropriate probability models for future risk Consolidate the basics principles and learn advanced principles of fire loss prevention Perform risk assessments on low hazard risk sites to identify exposures and develop recommendations to reduce or eliminate the risks through site surveys
The Requirements
Master’s degree in management engineering / economics or equivalent technical degreeWillingness to travel up to 50% of the timeIntellectual curiosity to deliver insightful analysis to tight deadlinesProficiency in MS OfficeFluent spoken and written English Level C1Advanced computer modelling skillsExcellent communications skillsCandidates with a background in strategic consultancy will be favorably considered.
