What this opportunity involves:
Risk & Compliance Director will support a team of facility-related service delivery professionals and is responsible for delivering all aspects of JLLs EO platform as it relates to the Client account. You will also establish, maintain and build relationships while actively providing key guidance to manage & mitigate risk for both JLL and the Client.
Key duties of the role:
Assist the Workplace and Facilities team in the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services as it relates to risk and complianceIdentify problems, gaps, opportunities, and processes to bring the portfolio up to industry and legislative requirements. Assist the team & client to improve policies and procedures where they do not meet legislative requirementsOversight and management of additional compliance platforms that are positioned on the account.Management (including investigation) of incidents and day-to-day issues that arise as part of the ongoing management of the portfolio ensuring safety of employees and the public inside the client’s facilities at all times.Sound like you?
You will have previous background in an Engineering /Facilities/ Project Management/Risk & Compliance related fields and a track record of driving delivery of strategy & operational facilities management across large portfolios. Matched with excellent client relationship management & strategy skills as well as exceptional leadership skills and strong commercial acumen, your proactive and engaging approach as well as your ability to represent JLL with key stakeholders will see you excel in this fantastic career opportunity.
You have proven senior experience in the management of comprehensive compliance programs, and this has been gained by working in retail portfolios, office buildings and critical environments, preferably regionally. Your capabilities will be founded upon a degree/senior level mechanical or electrical qualification
