Risk and Compliance Specialist I - Instadoc

**What the Candidate Will Do**
- **Tasks & Task Management**\- Effectively execute all daily tasks which ensuring sufficient weekly coverage for all tasks across the team while also working closely with the UKI Compliance Specialist and Team Leaders to support monthly report reviews.
- **Process Improvements**\- You are ready to be actively involved in actioning process improvements by driving the promotion of change, working with cross functional teams to improve our teams processes and
- **Knowledge Champion & Managing team escalations** \- Be a knowledge expert in every area of your specialisation to assist team members on a daily basis
- **Support New Process Rollout -** Support the UKI Compliance Specialists in rolling out new processes across the team by testing and overseeing processes on the groun
**Basic Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 years experience in a previous tech customer support role.**
- Previous experience in the Insurance field would be beneficial but not required
- **Strong Communication Skills.** Managed daily within both your team and stakeholders by providing effective, clear and regular communication.
- **Process driven**. You are interested in improving teams processes, optimisation and reducing waste on the team.
- **Analytical.** You are a quikc learner who can make sense of data sets to inform product or process decisions and are comfortable with queries and Google Sheets
- **A team player.** You are a natural team player and lead by example.
- **Motivated.** You understand the impact of the work completed on the team, and you are ready to invest your efforts in producing timely results.
