Responsible for providing "in-depth" subject matter expertise &/or "second-tier" support to clients for a single (or variety of) products by providing prompt responses to service inquiries generated either directly by the client or referred by tier 1 client support associates. Provides support for application users which may include various levels of issue resolution or product/process consulting. The role may involve project-oriented assignments. Typically maintains deep subject matter expertise in a given field (ex. Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Labor Administration, System applications, etc.) to enable research/resolution of client issues related to one or more products/platforms. Maintains effective verbal and written communications with all parties

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications 

BA/BS – or equivalent in education and experience preferred 5 years' experience in complex Autopay or WFN calculations Requires a minimum of 2 years expertise in a given field of Payroll and compliance of legislation along with system applications Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and solutions in Payroll Compliance. Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
