The Role:

 

Applicants for this position should possess the following:

 

          Previous experience in insurance/reinsurance is preferred

          Strong administrative background 

          Must be highly computer literate, including Excel and all Microsoft Office

          Possess a positive, collaborative and team player attitude in a fast-paced line of business

 

Duties will include:

 

          Preparing and submitting renewal and new business submissions

          Drafting, issuing and maintaining policy documentation, mid-terms adjustments and endorsements as necessary

          Producing and issuing invoices, including ensuring timely settlement of premium payments

          Manage team data collection, filing and adherence to compliance requirements including maintaining a paperless filing system

          Facilitate and arrange client visits

          Liaise with internal and external clients

          Assist with new business development, as well as wider WTW initiatives

 

The Requirement:

The successful candidate must meet the above requirements and will have:

 

          Preferably a university degree with 2+ post years of qualification experience

          Current hands-on experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, is preferred

          Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team to meet tight deadlines as well as the ability to work overtime as and when required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
