The Operational Risk Department at Goldman Sachs is an independent risk management function, responsible for developing and implementing a standardized framework to identify, measure, and monitor operational risk across the firm.
This Operational Risk role provides coverage across Control divisions at the firm (except Engineering Division) and requires subject matter expertise in the areas of operational risk and overall risk management, as well as broad understanding of and experience in Trading & Investment Banking related risks. The team is dedicated to actively employing and strengthening the components of the firm’s operational risk management framework, with focus specifically on these divisions and their unique risk profiles.
