Rigging Supervisor

Monadelphous has been operating in New South Wales since 2000 and is well-established as a local business. Our NSW regional operations provide a full range of services including comprehensive on and offsite fabrication and mechanical services. 
Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor with strong Crane background to join our NSW Operations Team on a permanent basis.
This will see you working Monday to Friday across various sites in the Hunter Valley Region.   

* A relocation package would be considered for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks across project activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews.  Ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Rigging and or Crane Supervisor with heavy industrial background. Must hold current High Risk Workers Licence - C0 and RA.Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews, including scaffolding, rigging, cranes and logistics.Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent working knowledge of workplace health and safetyExperience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)Open Drivers LicenceProof of right to work in Australia.
