Job summary

The RFP Bid Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating essential proposal operations to drive DigiCert’s business success. This position collaborates closely with proposal owners and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of proposals to meet client and business needs. The role involves a blend of coordination, analytical review, and communication skills, all aimed at achieving success in DigiCert’s proposal submissions.

 

What you will do

Information Management: Effectively identify, interpret, and organize proposal requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria to align responses with client expectations. Proposal Support: Partner with proposal owners to develop visually compelling, persuasive, and complete proposals delivered on time and tailored to DigiCert’s standards. Pipeline Monitoring: Track and analyze proposal performance, compiling data on wins and losses to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in the proposal process.

 

What you will have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience: At least three (3) years in a similar role, with experience managing or supporting proposal or business operations processes. Skills & Competencies: Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of business terminology, principles, and techniques for gathering and presenting information accurately. Organization & Attention to Detail: Demonstrates high attention to detail, accuracy in written work, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Quick learner and self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities; capable of exercising independent judgment and effectively communicating issues across business functions. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally across all organizational levels. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software (e.g., Loopio, Responsive) with a readiness to adapt to new technologies as needed. Technology & Tools: Experience with Salesforce, Atlassian, and familiarity with proposal management methodologies. Industry Knowledge: Interest in or understanding of information security technologies and related markets. Additional Skills: Background in technical writing and graphic design (e.g., Visio, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus for creating visually compelling proposals.
